Welcome back to the Garden Bar!

 
Please read our house rules below, these will let you know how to order and what we are doing to operate safely.

PLEASE NOTE. We have sourced the only certified, UK lab-tested COVID-19 killing product on the market. This product is used in our hand dispensers, for all surface and kitchen cleaning. Providing the safestenvironment we possibly can for you.

ONLY VISIT US, if you are feeling well. 

If you are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19 such as a prolonged cough, a fever or high temperature, you may be refused entry or asked to have your temperature checked.  This may then result in having to leave your table.     

GROUPS

Please be aware that we are only accepting groups of 6 people or less in our venue.
This will be reviewed in line with the latest government guidelines.

Face Coverings
It is now a legal requirement to wear face covering in hospitality venues unless seated for eating & drinking. Please wear your face covering on arrival, movement around the venue to toilets and when leaving.

Hand Sanitiser

On arrival & exit, please use our sanitizer stations, using our certified COVID-19 killing formula.

Track and Trace

It is mandatory for us to take your details for the UK ‘Track & Trace’ program when you visit our venue. It is compulsory for one member of each group to provide your contact details on arrival. We legally have to hold these details for 21 days.

Seating

Please wait to be seated by our host on entry.

Ordering

Please note at present it is a legal requirement to order food when consuming alcohol and for us to offer table service. Your order will be taken once you are seated and you will be asked to order a substantial meal if consuming alcohol. Should you need further assistant, please wave to a member of our team. Please remain seated unless you wish to use the bathroom (please be aware a face covering must be worn when you are not seated at your table).

Respect peoples space

Please follow & respect our new distancing signage when visiting the Garden Bar.

Furniture

Please do not move furniture around. It has been placed this way to allow us to open and serve you safely.

Toilets

Should you need to use our toilets during your visit, please use the hand sanitizers available and minimize
touching any unnecessary surfaces.

Children

Keep children (under 10’s) seated and supervise them when they make any toilet trips.

Card Payment Preferred

Card Payment preferred: Please assist us to maximise safety for our staff by paying by card.

Staff Welfare

Our staff clean their hands every 15 minutes and are temperature checked each day before starting their shift.
All furniture is thoroughly cleaned after each guest sitting.

PPE

Our staff are now legally required to wear face coverings at all times.

10:30 pm Closing

All customers must have left our premise by 10:30 pm. This applies 7 days a week.

Our certified COVID-19 killing product is available for home or commercial purchase. Please ask a member
of staff for more details.
